The things people most want to know before reaching out.

Do you come to me, or do I come to you?

We provide mobile services throughout Hampton Roads. We work where it's most convenient for you.

What areas do you cover in person — and how far will you travel?

We proudly serve Hampton Roads, including Portsmouth, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Hampton, Newport News, and surrounding communities. Extended travel is available by request.

How fast can you help? Do you offer same-day?

In many cases, yes. Same-day and after-hours appointments are available based on scheduling and service type.

What does a notarization cost? What about process service or courier?

Pricing varies by service, travel, and complexity. Contact us for a transparent quote before work begins, with no hidden fees.

What do I need to bring to get something notarized?

Bring the unsigned document and a valid government-issued photo ID. All signers must be present and able to understand what they are signing.

Are you an attorney? Can you tell me which form I need?

No. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or recommend which forms to use. We are happy to explain our services and direct you to the appropriate resources if needed.

What exactly is process service, and how does it work?

Process service is the delivery of legal documents in accordance with applicable laws and court requirements. We handle service professionally and provide documentation of each attempt or completed service.

Can you serve documents outside Virginia?

Yes. We can coordinate service through trusted process servers in other jurisdictions when your case requires it.

How do I pay, and when?

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept secure online payments, major credit and debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely. We treat every client's information with professionalism and discretion and only use it as necessary to complete the requested service.
